Who we are
Multi Export Service is a global B2B platform connecting verified suppliers with international buyers. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we collect
Account details (name, email, company, role), content you submit (products, RFQs, quotes, orders, documents, messages, disputes), authentication data, and technical data such as sign-in device, browser and IP address used for security.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace, match buyers and suppliers, process orders and documents, provide shipment tracking, send you notifications you request, secure your account (2FA, new-device alerts), and improve the service.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers strictly to deliver features you use: AfterShip (carrier shipment tracking), Stripe (payments — currently in test mode), web push notifications, transactional email, and AI assistants. We never sell your personal data.
AI assistance
AI features provide informational guidance only. Regulatory, customs, banking, insurance and legal matters must always be confirmed with the competent professional or authority.
Security
Secrets are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. Passwords are hashed. Two-factor authentication and new-device sign-in alerts are available for accounts.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account data, and withdraw consent for notifications at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active and as required to comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
