How it Works

Multi Export Service brings together everything an Algerian producer and an international buyer need to trade with confidence. It starts with discovery: buyers search a marketplace of verified Algerian products — from Deglet Nour dates and extra virgin olive oil to marble, cosmetics and industrial goods — filtering by category, destination market, price and verification status to find the right supplier quickly.

Once a match is found, the buyer sends a Request for Quotation (RFQ) describing quantity, quality, packaging, Incoterm and target market. Suppliers respond with detailed quotations, and both sides negotiate directly through secure in-platform messaging. When terms are agreed, the order is confirmed and paid through traceable bank transfers: the buyer first settles a platform commission to unlock the supplier's banking details, then pays a 30% deposit and the 70% balance directly to the producer, with proof of payment recorded at every step.

Finally, export documents — commercial invoices, certificates of origin, phytosanitary and quality certificates — are stored and shared online, and every shipment is tracked in real time from the port of Algiers to its destination, with automatic milestone alerts such as “out for delivery” and “delivered.” From discovery to delivery, the full export operation stays on one platform, in French, Arabic or English.
